Here on my blog, I will be sharing my interpretations about living and coping with anxiety and depression. I have suffered from mental illness for most of my life. I am a mid-lifer and over my many years, I learned that I am not alone and that there are so many people out there who also suffer from this, whether you are young, a mid-lifer or in your silver years it hurts all the same.
